Return Policy / Refund Policy
Effective Date: From July-2025
MROSupplyChain.in follows a strict Return & Refund Policy due to the nature of industrial products, spare parts, and made-to-order supplies.
1. No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns for the following categories:
Pumps, motors, valves, pipes, and fittings
Electrical, electronic, and mechanical spare parts
Industrial consumables
Tools and accessories
Items sourced specifically on customer request
Clearance, discounted, or non-standard items
Once an order is delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable.
2. Replacement Only for Damaged or Wrong Product
A replacement is provided only if:
The product delivered is physically damaged, or
The product delivered is different from what was ordered
To qualify:
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos/videos of the packing and product
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all components intact
If the product is found to be correct and undamaged, no replacement or refund will be issued.
3. Items Not Eligible for Replacement
No replacements for:
Products damaged due to misuse, wrong installation, or mishandling
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Compatibility or technical misunderstanding issues
Wear-and-tear components
Customized, cut-length, or configured items (pipes, cables, etc.)
4. Refunds
Refunds are provided only under these exceptional cases:
Product is out of stock after payment
Vendor/distributor cancels the order
Wrong product delivered and replacement not available
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed.
6. Warranty Claims
Warranty is provided as per manufacturer terms only.
MROSupplyChain.in does not provide service, installation, or extended warranties.
Customers must contact the authorized service center for warranty support.
7. Delivery Damage Responsibility
If the shipment shows signs of tampering or damage:
Please refuse delivery or
Mention “Damaged Package Received” on the delivery slip and immediately share photos with us
Failure to report within 24 hours voids damage-related replacement claims.
